Nobody makes aluminum knives because knife makers say an aluminium blade would go blunt immediately.This is not true for the Silver ion Knife: With an already patented process in Europe, USA and other countries, the G.H.A. treatment with silver ions makes the aluminum more wear-resistant than steel. It lasts a lifetime and never needs sharpening.
How the idea was born
At lunch I cook and, every time I cut vegetables, they stick to the blade of the knife, then I have to stop cutting. I have to remove the vegetables, risking cutting my fingers, then resume cutting. I waste time doing this. Since I could not find a knife on the market that really prevented vegetables attaching to the blade, I designed one myself.

Use a wooden cutting board or of plastic material
Very easy to clean – just wash using your hands and water – the GHA treatment will kill bacteria on its own.
You can also use a soft or rough sponge. If you do want to use a detergent, it is better to use an ecological detergent.
